There are more opportunities to work from home now then there ever has been, and many potential employees are actively seeking out these roles. Understanding Your Customer
As many customers bemoan the fact that they are unable to speak to a real human person, either in person or end of a telephone, this shows how little we understand our customers. Understanding your customer feeds into other aspects of your business, from your marketing to your market research. If you understand exactly what your customers like, and what they will spend, you can concentrate your marketing efforts that much more, so other irrelevant options from your budget can be removed. Not only are you saving money by doing this, but by focusing your efforts on your customers and their own specific interests, you will get more profit as a result.
